At two larger lakes you can alternatively take a daily ferry (Lago Pirihueco) or a private boat transfer (Lago Todos Los Santos). For all other lakes and rivers alternative trails, which circumvent the water are included in the GPS Trail Files for Trekking GPS and Google Earth above. So you can bypass on foot all water sections if you do not have a packraft or if wind and weather does not permit the crossing of a lake with a rather tiny boat.
