I hiked to and camped at Laguna Ilón. To avoid the crowds at the huge campground I camped north of the lake in on a nice flat grassy area off the OSM trail connecting Option 3 to 3A (at -41.18572, -71.73849). This is a dry camp so collect water beforehand.
