We chose the route to lago Kruger and lago embalse amutui via rio frey. No problems with winds on the lakes. We decided to paddle the first marked rapid on rio frey, then bushwack to the trail and follow it to where it leads down to the 4th marked rapid. The visible trail comes to an end here so we put in just below the rapid and paddled the final marked rapid before the lake section. Here water levels were high so we kept paddling to lago embalse amutui. We continued to paddle the length of the lake, only getting out at the southeastern small dam to hike down and connect with the start of rio futaleufu.

WARNING! Camp Punta Matos 42°49′03.29S 71°42′56.30′′ W DIDN'T WORK AT NIGHT!
We arrived at evening, stayed at 1st line of camp and didn't up to gates of camp. Fast made dinner and slept. Next day we weighted weather and checked wind window on Embalse Amutui Quimei by inReach. Our friends send us forecast from another site for this lake. It's confirmed good wind window.
We planned to start packrafting early in the morning of next day. West sleeve of Lago Futalaufquen, Lago Kruger, Rio Frey (scout rapids/portage), Embalse Amutui Quimei (fast cross and tracking/bush-bashing).
Before 10 hours to start the rangers come to us. It was 8pm.
They said that we can't stay at night here and need to moving right now to another camp in 10km. And show info board near gate of camping.
I said about our plans. They banned our route. I said, that we will move on trail along the Rio Frey. They said that it's trail is close. They made photo of our passports and banned packrafting East sleeve of Lago Futalaufquen tomorrow, because strong wind. In forecast it will start after 2pm.
But they accept sleep one more night at this camp, if we change place for tent.
We agreed to their demands and in next day walked to Villa Futalaufquen.
I feel unfinished the route.
