Took the bus at 9am to skip the paved road walk.
After puesto 15.8km the gpx files are CC but there's a trail on OSM which we loosely followed to pass 20.8km, worked out well.
Very exposed and windy from 19km to 32km.
Camp 32.6km was wet, we camped about 500m further.
Got a hitch around 43.5km to park ranger 53km. Paid 11,400 each entrance.
Camp 53.3km and 61.7km have been taken over by caterpillars.
Ford 66.4km about knee deep at about 6pm on a rainy day.
Camped at valle hermosa 68.1km - well sheltered in the forest but lots of people.
Fords 68.4 - 71.6km, 79.3, 82.6, 86.2 all below the knee and easy in the morning after a rainy day.
Camped at 88.6km - slight protected from the wind.
Camped at 98.9km Casa Piedra to wait out some bad weather. 8k pp. WiFi, cooking room, warm showers.
Camped at Refuge 118.3km some wind protection but not great.
Easy walk out, camp 136.9km looked nice we debated staying but walked out instead.
Trail condition is really good after 139.1km so is pretty fast
