Frank December 2023 info. The ferry from Punta Arenas to Puerto Williams will stop at Caleta 2 de Mayo port by prior agreement (it's not a regular stop) & you need to get authorisation from the Carabineros in Punta Arenas for the SOBO ferry. There is no discount for stopping in Caleta 2 de Mayo from Punta Arenas, you pay the full fare.
