You can buy tickets online or easier in the ferry port. Cafe in the port & on the ferry. Crossing takes about 2 hours. It´s a big ferry so should run unless the weather is very rough.
Passenger fare is about 8200 pesos (Nov 2023)
From Punta Arenas rural bus station a bus goes every hour on the hour to the ferry port (Tres Puentes)
Share taxi number 15 runs from the centre along Av. Bulnes to the port.
The ferry docks at Bahia Chilota and you need to walk or hitch the 6KM to Porvenir. A taxi is 6000 pesos (November 2023 info)
