All has been said, no news from my end. Refugios 81.8 and 94.7 don't exist anymore! There are several established campsites between Valle hermoso refugio and casa piedra. Conaf has all the info when you enter the park in Jeinimeini sector, including a Google earth "walk through the park" with exact route and campsite locations to casa de piedra.

Cochrane to Casa de Piedra via the lagunas altas and the full siete lagunas trail
Not many good campsites available on the siete lagunas trail. Camped on the start of the siete lagunas trail just after it branches of the lagunas altas trail and at Laguna Guagua. The latter is very nice, with a pebble beach and lots of birds.
Decided to camp at Casa de Piedra campsite before hitchhiking out but did not have a good experience there, no hot shower, not allowed to use the WiFi, many horse flies and at night mosquitos. Guess I was unlucky with the guardaparque (couldnt be bothered)
