GPT01/ 04-11-2025 to 06-11-2025 / 2 days / Hiking SOBO/ Route: Option 3 (Filo Purgatorio)- Option 3B-Option 3D- RR / Combined GPT01 and GPT02 / AthenaJones
Transport: I took the train to Plaza de Puente Alto then I took an Uber to the beginning of Option 3. I heard there is a bus MB73 instead of Uber or walking.
Recommendations: Taking around 6 liters of water from town. A bug net would be nice to carry. Highly recommend Option 3B- the route to Cerro Purgatorio. I think the route would have been boring without this option.
