The detour to “Baños Morales”, the little mountain village along the north side of the "Volcán" river, is located at the 65.1km mark (the paved road ends on kilometre kilometer 66,.3, just before Lo Valdés gypsum mine). Between June and September, this road might be cut if there has been recent snowfall, this road might be cut.
